Refunds & Exchange Policy


This policy explains how we handle returns with respect to the purchase of Digital Products from our online store.
Digital Products
Definition -  Digital products are goods that exist in digital format and are created, purchased and predominantly consumed online (unless printed). These goods are transferred electronically to a consumer, and typically delivered via download or email. This includes eBooks, custom templates and online courses. 
We do not provide refunds for digital products due to their non-returnable nature once downloaded. At our sole discretion we may consider a refund if we can confirm that the digital product has not been accessed or downloaded. We will deduct from any refund granted all applicable merchant fees and our administration fee for processing the refund.
Alternatively, you may request to exchange the purchased digital product for another product or combination of products, or request a voucher equating to the value of your original purchase. This option is also on available where we have confirmed that the original digital product purchased was not accessed or downloaded.
