01 hoW much is an online course?
We price our compliance courses competitively to reflect the value that you receive when you choose KC Compliance Learning but also in line with our commitment to making quality education attainable. Visit our Compliance Courses page to view each course price in ZAR and USD.
02 how can i make payment?
You can either make payment in Rands using our Online Store which has various secure payment options available including a 3 month instalment payment option (MoreTyme), or you can make payment in US Dollars directly at KC Compliance Learning when you select a course. If an employer or third party is making the payment on your behalf an invoice can be requested, please email learning@kccompliance.co.za for further assistance.
03 How long for A course to be assigned?
The course will be assigned immediately upon payment if the payment is made directly on our learning platform. If payment is made using a credit or debit card at the online store then there is a maximum 24-hour turnaround. If payment is made via EFT we will assign the course as soon as the funds reflect in our account and timelines may vary depending on your bank.
04 How often do you host workshops?
The dates and frequency change depending on the specific workshop. Please visit the Workshops page for information on the next available dates for the workshop of your choice.
05 can i book a team workshop?
Absolutely! We can curate a team workshop for your compliance team based on the areas in which they need upskilling. Please visit the Workshops page for more information on the options and email training@kccompliance.co.za for enquiries.
06 how can i sign up to become a learner?
You can sign up for free and create your learner profile on KC Compliance Learning.
07 does the course expire after i make payment?
You have 14 Days from the date of payment to complete the course before your course registration expires.
08 HOW MANY ATTEMPTS DO I GET TO PASS?
You will have two attempts to pass the course assessment. You need to achieve at least 80% so we recommend that you pay close attention to the learning material in the course to ensure your success.
09 will i receive a certificate on PASSing?
Yes! You will receive a KC Compliance Learning certificate upon successfully completing a course and passing the course assessment.
10 can I cancel the purchase?
You can cancel your purchase of an online course within 10 days of purchasing it provided you have not commenced the course or accessed the content.
You will need to email learning@kccompliance.co.za to submit your cancellation request and you will receive a full refund less transaction fees.
11 can i exchange courses instead of a refund?
You can choose a different course of the same price or select a more expensive course and pay the difference. As long as you had not started the original course. We will amend your profile to reflect the change.
