The mentors will each have their unique approach and experience to mentoring however they identify primarily following one of these three types of mentorship styles. Ultimately no matter the style the ultimate goal is to motivate, inspire and help the mentees achieve their best and reach their goals.
Coaches help mentees through tough moments, helps them think big and solve their own problems. Coaching is characterised by collaboration, support and guidance.
Very supportive, always encouraging and celebrates the mentees victories. They help you assert your identity and remind you that you are capable of more than you think.
Will tell mentees when they can do better and give constructive criticism. They will hold you accountable to the things you say you will do and tell you when you're making a mistake.
